Booking inquiries can be made through the website contact form, by email, or by phone. Once dates are agreed upon, a deposit will be required to secure the reservation.

Trips are confirmed once a deposit equalling 70% of the total cost of the trip has been received. The remaining balance is due at the end of the trip.

Because guiding dates are limited and reserved specifically for each group, cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled trip are not eligible for a refund. Trips cancelled more than 7 days in advance of the trip are eligible for a full refund.

Surf fishing takes place in a dynamic coastal environment. Trips may occasionally need to be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled due to unsuitable, unrpoductive, or unsafe weather or ocean conditions. Any decision regarding safety and whether a trip proceeds rests solely with the guide.

If a trip cannot proceed due to unsafe conditions, we will make every effort to reschedule the trip. If rescheduling is not possible, deposits may be refunded or applied toward a future booking.

Clients who arrive late may lose fishing time, as trips are scheduled around tides and daylight. Late arrivals generally do not extend the scheduled trip time.

Clients are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the guide and to behave in a respectful manner toward the environment, other beach users, and fellow anglers. Shorebound reserves the right to end a trip early if a participant’s behavior compromises safety.
